Russian tea cake easily melt in mouth and easy to make  with few counted staple ingredients, which satisfy your sweet cravings. 


Ingredients For Russian Tea Cake :-


Butter:- Unsalted butter to coat flour. 

Vanilla:- Drops of vanilla to enhance flavor. 

All purpose flour:- Provides base to cake.

Sugar:- Add sweet taste and sprinkle on  cake for better look. 

Walnut:- Provides nutty taste and for crunch bites. 


Method to Make Russian Tea

• Prepare the dough:-  Whippe  the butter add vanilla essence drop. Mix sugar and  flour together, add dry mixture to whipped butter add chopped walnuts. 

• Keep the dough to bake:- Make small balls of it bake it until golden brown. 

• Seasoned with sugar powder:- Cool down baked cake sprinkle with powdered sugar. 


 Ingredients

• Softened, unsalted butter 1 cup. 

Powdered sugar, 6 table spoon for dough. 

1/5 cup powdered sugar, fir seasoning. 

1-2 tea-spoon vanilla extract. 

2-3 cups all-purpose flour. 

Finely chopped walnuts, 1 cup. 


Preparations:-


Step 1

 Preheat oven 360°C.


Step 2

Mix whipped unsalted butter with  vanilla essence, till smooth frothy white textures formed. 


Step 3 

Mix flour and powdered sugar, then add frothy butter together mix all well. 


Step 4 

Add chopped walnuts to a mixture stir well. 


Step 5

Prepare  1 inch balls with dough add place over  cookies sheets. 


Step 6 

Place balls tray into preheated oven for 12-14 min.  until cakes ball turn light golden in colour. 


Step 7

Remove out from oven keep a side to cool down properly. 


Step 8

Take cake balls and coat with powdered sugar properly and equally. 

 

Tips to store Russian tea cake:

 Must keep cakes into airtight containers at room temperature upto 1 week.
